The purpose of this form is to share information and the important “Lessons Learned” from any incidents that may have occurred during Coasteering sessions.
The form is completely CONFIDENTIAL so please DO NOT use any names of companies, guides, clients or locations.
The information gathered from reports will be circulated to all NCC members once a year.
