Surfers in Pembrokeshire came up with coasteering as they scrambled around cliffs in the early 1980s. It’s come a long way since then and today coasteering is an adventure for families as much as adrenaline-junkies.

What is it? It’s THE best thing you can do in (and on) the sea. It’s a unique opportunity to go to rarely visited corners of the coast with an expert guide.

Abereiddy, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Its the home of the Blue Lagoon, which is an old flooded slate quarry, one of the original Coasteering sites.

We do pretty much anything in the outdoors, and if we haven’t done it, we’re up for giving it a go!

Coasteering is the ultimate open water, coastal, adventure activity. It consists of sea swimming, low level traversing, rock scrambling and jumping into the water at varying heights.
